Make Google Chrome scroll like Opera

Steps :
1. Open Google Chrome
2. click on chrome web store from new tab
3. search "smoothscroll"
4. Add extension named smooth scroll to chrome
5. new tab will be opened, click "show setting panel"
6. Edit your settings
7. click on save settings
8. Restart Google Chrome.
9. Check smoothness of chrome
