You just have to go to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/feature-packs and apply for a free product key which you will receive within 72 hours. When you have the key, Press { Win+W } keyboard shortcut and search for "Add features to Windows 8" and press Enter. Then select "I already have a product key", Enter your product key and click next. Finally Agree to the licensing agreement, then click "Add features.". Restart you computer and you will see Windows Media Centre Tile on your start screen. Enjoy!
